All donation requests should be made at least 6 weeks prior to your event date. No telephone, fax or email requests will be accepted. We ask that each organization submit only one donation request per year in order to accommodate as many organizations as possible. Submission of this application does not guarantee a donation. All applicants will be notified via email regarding the status of their request.
